From my experience, the folks would like to keep their independence as long as possible. This is where the aging in place sector is in effect, and a demand will follow! Affordability is obviously the pillar of this, allowing for in house care giving.

Independent living facilities, with many levels of affordability, offer extensive advantages for longevity of life, especially around health and social aspects.
