The deployment of the applications of the Central Node of the National Health System (SNS) already has confirmed leading companies. This is a large contract with an estimated value of 9.02 million euros. As Medical Editorial reported, the Contracting Board of the Ministry of Health proposed the award of the contract to three companies: Global Rosetta, Accenture and Deloitte. The contract is divided into five large lots. The first, which includes the Central Node and SNS interoperability services, has been awarded to Global Rosetta. The base tender budget for this lot was €2.2 million, and Global Rosetta's winning bid is worth €2.03 million.
This includes tools such as the digital Buy Phone Number List medical record and the interoperable prescription. The second batch, which covers the Interterritorial Compensation Fund, medicines verification and basic minimum set of hospitalization data of the NHS, has also been awarded to Global Rosetta. The winning bid from this company is 1.47 million, based on a base bidding budget of 1.63 million. Lots three and four have been won by Accenture. Lot three, which concerns health information systems, has a base tender budget of 1.87 million and Accenture's winning bid is almost 1.7 million. Regarding lot four, related to the complementary applications of the SNS, Accenture has also been the selected company with an offer of 2.54 million from a base bidding budget of 2.79 million.
Finally, lot five, focused on management, monitoring and control, has been assigned to Deloitte. The base tender budget was just over half a million euros and the winning bid presented by Deloitte has a value of 440,067 euros. This contract is part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan financed by the European Union and has a peculiarity: the audit of the computer scientists in charge of carrying out the work to verify their previous experience. To promote the training and development of professionals specialized in digital transformation, collaboration agreements will be established with professional associations, business associations and universities. The final goal is to train 4,000 new professionals with STEM training, thus ensuring collaboration between the public and private sectors in the digital transformation of the region.
